An Act relating to the law of evidence with respect to bankers' books.
In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires—
(a) "bank" or "banker" means any person carrying on the business of banking in Uganda (including the PostBank Uganda Limited established under the Uganda Communications Act, and any branch of that bank), and,
